We have exciting opportunity for a resourceful Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to join our experienced AMIEO (Africa Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania) Inhouse team.

Responsibilities will include;
Deliver full cycle recruitment on all assigned requisitions

Determine & drive the sourcing strategy within the assigned business unit / entity utilising all available channels to source and secure talent in early careers to management level hires.

Devise and support campaigns and events to promote Nissan employer brand

Proactive approach to build Nissan business knowledge, and capture skills to build relevant networks and talent pipelines supporting current and future requirements.

Ensure governance and alignment to the global TA process and regional policies
Continuously looks to improve and refine sourcing and Talent Acquisition service to the business

Take ownership and an active approach to learning, utilising all available resources to keep up todate with industry relevant best practice, associated UK legislation and trends.

Flexible to collaborate on TA projects in the region and input into market intelligence forums

Skills and Experience

Experience in a Corporate or similar Inhouse TA role
Strong knowledge of TA processes, TA best practice, KPIs
Strong sourcing skills, adept in the use of ATS (preferable Workday) LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms
Understanding of UK and associated recruitment law and compliance
Experience working in diverse, cross functional matrix environments
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Calm and resilient, ability to effectively partner multiple stakeholders at all levels
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skill
Attention to detail and pride in presentation of data
Proficient user of Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS TEAMS
Fluent English
Full UK Drivers license
