We need a Customer Relationship marketing specialist.

This exciting role, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager is a great career entry point for someone to utilise our extensive databases to develop, constantly evolve and enhance our regular customer communications to provide class leading customer engagement and satisfaction.

This position can lead to long term career development in this rapidly evolving and exciting industry.

Some experience in either marketing or extracting information from databases an advantage, but full support and training will be provided to ensure you can meet all your objectives.

Your main responsibilities will initially include:

Identifying customer groups and building customer relationship campaigns
Working as part of a team of creative and technical experts to deliver relevant and genuinely creative approaches to customer engagement
Help to manage the resulting incoming customer communications to maximise conversion
Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationship

Once established it is envisioned that the role will grow to include:

Helping to write marketing copy and ensuring that marketing communications are appropriate, effective and fit our brand values.
Develop joined up relationship marketing via relevant social media channels
Help to organise and run customer events
To liaise with media outlets to provide interesting content for them and us.

Busseys have proudly been a Main Ford Dealer since 1923, over the years we have developed and expanded by acquiring 7 sites across Norfolk.

In 2010 we obtained our first Peugeot franchise with a second following in 2016. It is safe to say that we have seen a lot of change However, one thing has always stayed the same, our hard work and commitment to our customers
