We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrator for our client, you will be joining the team working in their offices in Sutton Valance, Maidstone.


This role will be offered on a
part time basis working
hours per week, with a salary of
£13 - £15.00 per hour.

The role will include the following duties but not limited to:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Weekly Cash Payments Forecast Report
  • Submitting VAT returns
  • Liaising with accountants for the monthly payroll
  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets (Projects, Quotes Book list, Quotes received, PO book list, Fuel spreadsheet, Vehicles repairs/expenses, PPM's, Staff Holiday, Asset Registers)
  • Keeping track of engineer's diary
  • Yearly renewal of vehicle & business insurances
  • Renewing and keeping up to date membership information.
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Completing Monthly report to GFSL
  • Keeping track of vehicle Tax & MOT's
  • Processing Monthly Credit Card Expenses
  • Filing all financial paperwork (Receipts / Invoices / Job Sheets)
  • Site Maintenance Spreadsheets typed up and processed for engineers
  • Scanning in all financial paperwork
Good working background using Xero Software

Due to our clients location, your own transport is essential.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
