BREEAM Assessor - Licensed (AP would be an advantage)

Synergy are an established and respected independent multi-discipline Building Services Design Consultancy specialising in energy efficiency, carbon reduction and sustainability.

We have a broad range of interesting and challenging projects and longstanding clients.

Ability to take assessment ownership whilst under support of the project Director and work both on their own and as part of a wide multi-discipline team

Experience across various sectors including commercial, logistics/distribution and large retail would be a benefit

General understanding of other Sustainability Assessment methodologies would be an advantage e.g. NABERS, WELL, LETI, IEMA etc.

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build internal and external relationships and trust.

Presentable and well spoken English language in that you will attend Design Team Meetings and be Client facing.

An ambitious and driven individual with a long-term vision to build and grow the business and sharing in its success

Work Remotely/Hybrid Working/Ascot Office

Remuneration will be relative to experience


Salary:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
