The Role - Security Officer X 2 roles
AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Security Officer to join our team at our client's prestigious site in Deeside CH5 2TW
This is a full-time permanent role 42hrs per week, the suitable person would work a mixture of day and night shifts 4 on 4 off from 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am - With the option of gaining overtime to cover sickness and annual leave
Duties/Key Responsibilities
To provide professional security services to our client, maintaining the security and safety of their premises and people by ways of monitoring, patrolling, and surveying the building and their assets.
- You must be flexible and able to work in a multiservice team and can work under your own initiative.
- Complete daily security tasks, including the Use of client software and security CCTV systems
- Carry out routine patrols on site
- Locking and unlocking premises
- Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
- Liaison with local authorities including police, emergency healthcare services or even fire extinguishers in case of an emergency
- Operating telephone switchboard
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the client or Manager, if you are trained to do so.
- Work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that AM Support Services offers exceptional customer service at the highest standards
Skills Required:
- Valid SIA Front Line Licence
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
- CCTV experience is ideal but not essential
- 1ST Aid at Work Cert preferred but not essential
- Full 5year checkable work history
- You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service
