Join us as a Securitised Products and Alternative Syndicate Associate- This is a prominent role, where your ability to develop stakeholder relationships will be as important as your risk management skills
- You'll support the Private Credit Syndicate team in the syndication of assetbacked products while while liaising with both borrowers and investors

What you'll do
In your new role, you'll act as an agent for the placement of risk across a range of our asset classes.
You'll interact with both issuers and investors to create sustainable value and positive outcomes for our customers.Your role will include:
- Providing pricing updates and MI to support endtoend deal delivery activities including roadshows, deal terms, and execution
- Liaising with key stakeholders to support the pitching and origination of new transactions, making sure that risk is appropriately packaged and meets the criteria of the investor community
- Collaborating with the internal sales teams to best position credit for the investor base and ensure the successful distribution of risk positions
- Following the strict procedures of our syndication business and playing a part in the distribution of risk from government bonds to private placements
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with a good understanding of asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, leveraged finance, trade finance and fund finance.
Alongside an understanding of liquidity across these asset classes, you'll be comfortable with riskmanagement and underwriting risk.Ideally, you'll have an understanding of market pricing, derivatives, and the account base, along with a good understanding of how securities are structured.
In addition, you'll demonstrate:
- An understanding of the competitive market dynamics of asset classes, including active lenders in junior, mezzanine and senior financing
- A wider understanding of debt financial markets, including repo, derivatives and debt solutions
- The proven ability to adhere to the highest standards of compliance, sitting between the public and private sides
- Experience working in an FCA regulated environment or organisation
