Senior Customer Experience Leader

Manchester

£30k - £40k (negotiable dependent on experience)
We're recruiting for a Customer Experience Leader to join an exciting and fast-growing Tech company.

This Customer Experience Leader role sits within the Customer Experience team and will involve engaging with a variety of activities and different teams across the business.


Key areas for the role are below:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, answering their questions and providing a world-class customer experience.
  • Identify customer insights and trends, using these insights to delight customers.
  • Use data to make informed decisions such as prioritisation of tasks.
  • Be involved in real time delivery optimisation such as rapid triage and response.
  • Create new processes and optimise current ones, looking at how to scale and improve on them.
  • You are able to balance fastpaced delivery with attention to detail and enjoy tasks that others might find repetitive.
  • Enjoy solving challenging problems and gaining new skills and experience
  • You can think outside the box and look for new ways to improve processes.
  • An excellent communicator and able to interact with people and teams across the business.
  • Passionate about teamwork and always willing to help others.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and know how to get the most out of them.
  • Confident IT skills, able to pick up new technologies and products to help aid your
productivity.

  • Challenge yourself in the outside world to learn new skills, hobbies or knowledge.
  • Feel fulfilled when you have found ways to improve what you are doing.

Qualifications
Educated to degree level - 2:1 minimum.


Essential skills/ experience

  • 35 years' experience in a customer service role in the tech industry.
  • Experience with process improvement/delivery optimisation.


  • Commercial awareness

  • IT market knowledge, particularly within the cybersecurity
industry.

  • Understanding and experience of CRM systems and processes.
- _Experience of working in the tech industry is desirable, but not essential.
