Role Description:
We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Officer/ Specialist to join our fast paced by friendly HR team based in Reading.
This will be a stand alone role and you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of vacancies across the business with the ability to incorporate direct sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent for Boyes Turner.
Experience/ Attributes required:
- 3+ years of experience within a recruitment role
- Experience working within a professional services environment
- Good knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle / process
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Work effectively in a team and on your own
- Good keyboard, Microsoft Office, and administration skills
- Good Business Development skills to enhance growth
Work type:
- Manage and develop the recruitment processes from start to finish from speaking to hiring managers and developing job descriptions through to sending out offer paperwork.
- Develop Boyes Turner's talent map for all teams relating to competitor law firms in and around the Thames Valley location & further afield.
- Organise and attend interviews providing support and guidance to hiring managers.
- Serve as the brand ambassador at various events that include appropriate Boyes Turner events, professional services networking events, recruitment fairs, career fairs or oncampus events.
- Create market insights reports and statistics on overall yearly performance and market trends.
- Suggest latest ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Ensure the careers website is maintained and kept up to date with the latest vacancies and look at ways of promoting Boyes Turners Brand.
