Primary Responsibilities
Your experience of P6 planning in an infrastructure, energy or construction environment would be of great interest

You will be supporting complex, high value programmes and will therefore need good stakeholder management skills.

You will work closely with a Senior Planner and interact daily with projects teams and subcontractors
As a P6 Planning Engineer you will receive support and guidance to allow you to work with Project Managers to develop and manage schedules to incorporate risk, change, resource requirements and cost
Working as part of a team of planners
Managing the project plans and schedules of complex projects using P
Preparing Project Management Reporting Packs
Providing KPI metrics
Creating and maintaining Project structures
Monitoring project Milestone delivery
Supporting creation and maintenance of EVM reporting

Qualification / Technical skills / Experience / Knowledge

Essential:

Hold full UK driving licence
Ability to obtain relevant security clearance
Ability to attend and pass all mandatory Sellafield training courses
Open to those from any construction discipline civils, building, mechanical, process, HVAC, piping, electrical, controls. (M&E discipline preferred.)

- familiar with using P6 & Excel programmes
- familiar with reading engineering drawings of at least one construction discipline.

Interested in learning more about contracts and how projects are managed.

Desirable:
