Introduction:

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week required in the office as well as client site visits when required. You will be able to work from home the rest of the time.

My client is looking for a Data & Information manager who will be the driving force in helping internal and external clients across a wide range of industries including Aerospace, Defence, and Critical National Infrastructure, to realise their value from their data and foster continued growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring their continued professional development, including appraisals, assisting with recruitment etc.

Key responsibilities:

Be a people person and willing to take an already high performing team to its next level and drive client satisfaction.
Be a champion for Data & Information Architecture services both internally in the company and with clients.
Be a team player and show ability and willingness to work and influence decisions in the Leadership team.
Foster the growth of the Data & Information Architecture team in terms of headcount, revenue and profit.
Expand a growing footprint of Data & Information Architecture services with clients, by:
Leading the definition of new frameworks, methods and accelerators.
Sponsor the creation of new innovative services and offering.
Establish cross pollination pathways with other teams both in the practice and organisation.
Become the face for Data & Information Architecture in the industry.

Skills & experience:

Experience in managing dynamic teams of staff, ideally in a geographically disperse settings.
Experience in embracing highly collaborative teams.
Ideally possessing a good amount of experience in Data and/or Intelligence from an Architecture and Information Management perspective.
Presales experience and prior experience in establishing gotomarket propositions / offerings would be amazing.
Experience in managing Chief Officer and Director Level relationships.
Prior Experience in defence, Central Government, National Security or National Infrastructure would be a plus.
