The Hiring Heroes are proud to be working alongside a well known and long standing manufacturing company based in Mirfield.

They design and make bespoke items for a number of prestigious clients up and down the UK.

They are experiencing year on year growth and require an experience Warehouse Team Leader to work in the finished goods / dispatch side of the business.

Role & Responsibilities

Loading of Finished goods furniture items in accordance to loading schedule.
Working safely in the handling of furniture / bulky items.
Coordinate loading plan, working closely with planning department and delivery drivers.
Managing small transitional warehouse area.
Stock management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Essentials Skills

Warehouse & Loading experience.
IT knowledge of stock management systems.
Positive 'cando' and hardworking approach to work
Appetite for supporting colleagues
A commonsense approach to problemsolving
Prioritise and manage tasks in a pressurised environment
Comfortable working to strict deadlines
Good communication skills
Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment

The company are wanting someone who wants a permanent job to join their business as this is a key role for our client and offers excellent career progression in the future.

An in date Counter balance license is essential for this role.

The hours for this role are
Monday-Friday on rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday. The pay is roughly £12.04.
