Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Service Telemarketer to join their team in South Tyneside. If you have motor dealer Service Advisor or Car Sales experience, this is a great opportunity for you.

As a Service Telemarketer in this franchised motor dealership, you will:

Identify customers with services/MOTs due/overdue.
Contact customers to book them in.
Identify/resolve complaints.
Liaise with Parts/Service Managers to resolve disputes.
Sell additional work to customers.
Sell service plans.
Provide backup cover on service reception.

Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm/6:00pm.
