Customer Service Advisor (25 hrs per week) - Permanent (Office based)
Great opportunity to work for a very successful eCommerce business. Working between 3 brands, providing a high level of Customer Service

Dealing with incoming calls from customers
First point of contact for customers looking for help or information
Providing product information
Ensuring customers receive the best possible service

Professional telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Commercial Awareness

Hours:25 hrs per week ideally 5 days Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 2.30pm but can be flexible

Location:
Trafford Park (Office based)

Salary:
up to £18,000
