Driving Talent are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join an established company at their Beaumont Leys call centre.

The employer is looking to take someone on permanent basis with an immediate start.

Shift:

08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

08:00 - 13:00 Every 4th Saturday

£23,000 - £24,000 a year salary depending on experience

At least 1 year of customer service experience would be required to be considered.

Daily duties as a Customer service advisor:

Checking order progress to help with enquiries
Taking bookings

Desirable qualities are:

Customer service experience
Experience in a call centre
Proactive, positive and professional attitude
Attention to details
Experience dealing with a high volume of enquiries

Whilst working with Driving Talent you will receive:
