Community Ambulance Services are looking for an HR Assistant at our new station in Milton Keynes.


This is an exciting time to be joining the HR team as the business continues to grow and an agile and dedicated HR function is an essential part of this.


This role would be ideal for someone who has a minimum of 1 years' HR related experience and is keen to develop their career with support from the wider team.

This role is split between remote working and two days a week spent in our Milton Keynes Station.


What will I be doing?


This role will be responsible for all assisting the team of HR Advisors and HRBP's with ER work, supporting with compliance requirements and managing our HR inboxes.

The workload will be varied with opportunity to get involved with different projects.


What experience will I need?

  • 1 year + HR experience this is essential
  • A team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Calm under pressure

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
