Drum Shop (UK) is a dynamic and passionate Drum & Percussion music retailer with a mission to provide top-quality drum gear to musicians around the world.
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised website administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
In addition to these tasks, you will engage with our customers through social media platforms, responding to queries and promoting our products.
You should be a self-starter who is able to work independently and take initiative, as well as being a strong communicator and problem-solver.
You should also have a good understanding of Google Analytics and be able to use it to measure and improve the performance of the website.
Requirements:
- Excellent excel skills
- Proficiency in the Shopify platform
- Strong design skills, including proficiency in Adobe and Photoshop
- Experience with social media
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with content management systems and product management tools (optional)
- Experience with blog writing and SEO
- Understanding of Google Analytics and AI
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle upon Tyne, NE37 2SF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- social media: 1 year (preferred)
- Website administration: 1 year (required)
