General and Task ManagementTo support engineers with posting purchase orders
To post purchase ledger
To speak to suppliers in regard to missing or queried bills
To enter and update supplier information
To upload and check delivery notes
To deal with queries on delivery notes
To prepare a weekly supplier pay run
To support with other finance functions e.g., credit card reconciliation
To support Human Resources with booking of travel arrangements for engineers
Control of ordering office stationery and office supplies
To support with reception duties - answering the office phone, greeting visitors upon arrival at site
Stock control of stationery etc
Skills and Attributes
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive communication skills (both verbal and written)
Great team player
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Teams)
