As a Fluent German-Speaking Travel Consultant, you will be an essential part of this highly successful team, combining the flexibility of remote work with the energy of their Manchester office for three days a week.

If you're a dynamic, fluent German speaker with an innate flair for converting enquiries into unforgettable sales experiences and you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service then this is the perfect opportunity for you


Responsibilities:


  • Be the primary point of contact for travel enquiries from both discerning travellers and travel agents.
  • Engage passionately with customers, understanding their unique preferences.
  • Offer expert advice, answer inquiries, and recommend enticing journeys to captivate potential clients.
  • Drive sales and secure bookings through exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to share insights and contribute to the continued success of their luxury their operator.
  • Embrace a hybrid work model, enjoying the convenience of working from home and the dynamic energy of their Manchester office for three days a week.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to deliver unparalleled service.

Experience Required:


  • Fluent in German with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confidently interacting with Germanspeaking customers and partners.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and driven by a passion for travel, with a natural flair for making persuasive sales pitches and closing deals.
  • A collaborative team player, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and inoffice engagement.
  • Demonstrated decisionmaking ability, providing wellinformed recommendations and personalised travel solutions.
