We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Team Leader who has experience of delivering a high-quality, progressive, customer focussed recruitment service in an in-house or agency environment.

Reporting to the Company Directors, you will use your knowledge and experience to assist in the development of a recruitment strategy that engages exceptional talent in both the active and passive market.

We are a small and ambitious team, every member of the team makes an impact.

You will lead your own team of Recruitment Advisors to deliver the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring that full consideration is given to the diverse nature of our organisation.

Are able to demonstrate successful delivery and design of recruitment solutions and attraction strategies in a complex, multidisciplined, fast paced environment
Are able to effectively manage senior stakeholders in a positive and influential way
Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members and other colleagues at all levels
Can communicate and influence at all levels and are able to build effective and sustainable relationships across diverse management teams
Have strong organisation, planning and project management skills and deliver within deadlines
Have an ability to collaborate as part of HR policies and processes
Understand the importance of diversity and inclusion within a small organisation

Recruitment experience is required (agency or internal).

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
