Interim Senior Talent Partner, Competitive Day Rate, up to 3 days per week at our London office or onsite with our client

We are seeking an experienced interim Snr Tech Talent Partner to join our team and support one of our clients, initially for 6-months, focusing on delivering on tech talent within the Berlin region and across the UK.


This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love to take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process, especially mapping and engaging senior tech talent.

You will primarily focus on the delivery of talent, but you will get involved in other ad hoc projects as well.

Your expertise with working within or recruiting for SaaS and/or start-up companies will be crucial for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Take handson ownership of a number of tech requisitions that can range from mid to senior level hiring.
  • Source and engage exceptional tech talent within the Berlin region and across the UK
  • Map and research tech talent in key competitors and target talent using innovative tools and platforms

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable record of accomplishment of working on senior tech roles
  • Experience recruiting tech talent within the Berlin region
  • Previous experience of success in a SaaS and/or Startup companies
  • Exceptional influencing skills
  • Delivery focused on research, mapping, and sourcing and familiar with the latest innovations and sourcing techniques
  • Pedantic about ensuring compliance with systems, process, and local legislation to manage the hiring process effectively
  • Flexibility for travel to our office and at times our client's office (3 days per week)
