What will this role achieve?

The successful applicant for a Team Member 1 role will have the ability to perform process and packing activities.

The role requires a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

What will be your key deliverables?- Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality- Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up- Achieve the required planned output within product specification- Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste- Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained- Support Team Managers with the introduction of any improvement Initiatives

What do you need for this role?- Numeracy & Literacy - i.e., date code responsibilities- Manual dexterity & hand
- eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.

Teamworking skills
Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail
Dexterity and speed of operation

Shift pattern

You will be required to work 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) 3 on, 3 off.
