As a Sustainability Consultant, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday full-time.


The successful Sustainability Consultant will be offered:

To be considered for the Sustainability Consultant role you must have:

  • Training in BREEAM and other similar sustainability assessment methodologies is essential
  • Training and experience in OneClick LCA are favourable
  • A understanding of Building Regulation Part L
  • A good eye for detail
  • Able to produce concise verbal and written reports to a good standard of English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of renewable and LZCT options
  • Experience with planning support documents
  • Full UK driving licence

As a Sustainability Consultant, your role will involve:

  • BREEAM Assessments
  • Embodied Carbon / Net Zero assessments
  • HQM Assessments
  • SKA Assessments
  • DREAM Assessments
  • WELL / Fitwel assessments
  • Assist with producing technical briefing notes and reports
  • Assist project stakeholders with all issues relating to sustainability
  • Expand the role to encompass wider issues of sustainability pre and postconstruction.
  • Production of reports and drawings
