Project Support Specialist

Your Job
There are two main elements to the role which are explained in more detail below:
Project support

  • Project and meeting coordination, facilitation & task tracking using and adapting standard project management tools
  • Document and file meeting minutes; monitor and track open action items
  • Internal communication within the project
  • Research gathering and preparation of information.
  • Creation of status updates using PharmaLex marketing templates
Operational support

  • Provide a wide range of flexible operational and administrative support for different clients on a range of projects.
  • Provide support to the UK crossfunctional teams which may include but is not restricted to:
  • Preparation of submission packages
  • Document and sequence level publishing
  • Report template creation/management

Your Profile
Essential qualifications, experience and skills required for the role

  • Ability to work in a team and demonstrate a flexible attitude
  • Appreciation of the importance of adhering to defined deadlines
  • Knowledge of change management & project environments
  • Structured way of working; limited latitude within established set of procedures, may determine priorities with general supervision
  • Resolves routine (and some nonroutine) problems in a thorough, constructive, and timely manner.
  • Attention to detail, high service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); capability to point out issues and provide potential options for solution
  • Experienced user of the MS-Office package, Adobe Acrobat, and database systems
  • Proven experience in administrative role
  • Monitoring and management of budgets and timesheets
  • Professional written and spoken communication skills with internal and external customers, colleagues, and supervisors
  • English language fluency, written and spoken
  • An interest in the technical and regulatory context of the departmental work.
Desirable qualifications, experience and skills required for the role

  • Educated to at least Alevel
  • 1yr+ experience in project environment or demonstrable/transferable skills.
