We are exclusively supporting a leading UK Training provider to resource passionate tutors to join their exciting and growing business, focused on delivering crucial apprenticeship and training opportunities in Leadership and HR disciplines

we are seeking HR or Leadership executives who are passionate about training and mentoring to support and develop apprentices and their employers.


Requirements:


We are looking for an experienced Leadership Coach or Trainer who can create and deliver training and mentoring to support and develop leadership training for apprentices and newly promoted business leaders.

The Leadership tutor role includes planning, teaching, learning and mentoring Payroll executives, as well as assisting in the creation of resources and participation in webinars.

The role will also help ensure apprentices are supported and guided through their programme, delivering coaching and support when necessary to keep them on track.

You will be responsible for your own caseload of 35-40 learners whom you will have 1-1 sessions with remotely on a weekly basis via webinars and video conferences.


Ideal experience:

  • 5yrs Senior sector Leadership experience.
  • Continued own CPD development and upskilling
  • Good Communicator & Professional image
  • Relevant Training or Qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum GCSE C or equivalent in both Maths and English.
