Description

MOJ PI Claims Fee Earners Hybrid
Near Haydock

Salary £26-33,000 negotiable
plusbonus, free parking, health plan, sponsored development, gym membership, life insurance cover, continued professional development etc.

Full time Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm flexible working hours (mainly home based)

Submission of CNF's/stage 2 packs via MOJ portal

Carrying out appropriate searches to identify negligent party

Reviewing and valuing medical reports/injuries

Instructing treatment where necessary & appropriate

Preparing schedule of loss and collating all relevant evidence in support of such losses

Instructing council

Negotiating with defendant insurers

Keeping clients updated throughout the claim

Preparing bundles for submission on portal/court/advocates

Issuing part 8 proceedings (either stage 3 of infant approval)

Training new staff entering the department as and when required.

Full Driving Licence required.

Must have proficient knowledge of the pre-action protocol for low value personal injury (RTA/EL/PL)

Confident telephone manner

Be able to work under pressure and have good organisational skills

Previous MOJ experience

MOJ, ILEX, Solicitor, personal injury. (RTA/EL/PL)

Haydock, Wigan, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, St Helens, Maghull, Warrington, Liverpool, Merseyside, Lancashire and Manchester.
