Role:
Temp Customer Service Administrator


Salary:
£8.50 - £10.50 per hour


Contract:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm


Location:
Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Main Duties for Temp Customer Service Administrator:


  • Answering incoming calls, dealing with customers and re-directing where appropriate:

Administration paperwork including dockets and contracts:

Booking in service calls and engineer's work:


  • Liaising with engineers, other members of staff and clients:

Diary maintenance:

Quotations:

Contracts:

Purchase orders:

Invoicing

Experience required for Temp Customer Service Administrator:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:


  • Previous admin experience is required:

Must be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic to achieve:


  • Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages
