JOB TITLE:
Security Officer




LOCATION:
The Podium Centre, Bath




PAY RATE:
£13.00 PER HOUR




WORKING HOURS:
42 HOURS PER WEEK




SHIFT PATTERN:
06:00-18:00 /18:00 -06:00 4 on 4 off rolling rota inc days/night weekends

Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Patrolling the site
  • All levels of car park /stairwells /common areas of site Other Duties
  • Overseeing the computer car park system (when trained)
  • Responding to Fire alarms (when trained)
  • Dealing with customers face to face and over intercom system
  • Sorting out problems with car park pay stations (when trained)
  • Monitoring CCTV (when trained)
  • Monitoring access to public W/C Looking after contractors /visitors to site
  • Filling out security logbooks
  • Dealing with phone calls
  • Onsite training will begiven
  • Follow any site instructions given by Line manager

Person Specification:


  • Willing to be trained for CCTV Licence
  • Good spoken English
  • Good written English
  • Willing to cover at short notice
  • Must hold SIA Licence
