The Role

This role is responsible for delivering temperature surveillance services to customers, acting as the main contact for all temperature-related inquiries.

The post holder will set up customers and protocols based on applicable temperature services, review temperature excursion reports, track shipments and compliance, monitor site compliance, communicate with customers and clinical sites regarding temperature surveillance, and assist with technical queries and quality incident reports.

You will also monitor temperature excursions, support business development, present updates on temperature surveillance, prioritize daily activities, maintain project files, undertake related projects, complete departmental KPIs, and fulfil necessary administration duties.

The role requires maintaining professionalism in customer service, responding to queries in a timely manner, attending meetings and teleconferences, generating reports, handling complaints, adhering to SOPs and GMP requirements, and ensuring accuracy in GMP documentation.

In summary, this role involves performing various tasks related to the successful delivery of temperature surveillance services.

It requires effective communication with customers and clinical sites, oversight of temperature excursions, adherence to SOPs and GMP requirements, and providing excellent customer service in order to develop and maintain positive relationships.

Key Requirements

Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
OR Significant Almac Clinical Services experience demonstrating project management within a customerfacing role.
Experience working in a Logistics and / or Project environment
Previous experience within a customer facing role
Ability to deliver upon strict customer and client deadlines
