  • Handling and resolving customer queries and repair requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with technicians and contractors to schedule and execute necessary repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of repair requests and actions taken.
  • Providing highlevel customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to meet department goals.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Adhering to organisational policies and procedures at all times.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Customer Repairs Advisor should have:

  • A strong focus on customer service and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
