- Handling and resolving customer queries and repair requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with technicians and contractors to schedule and execute necessary repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records of repair requests and actions taken.
- Providing highlevel customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to meet department goals.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Adhering to organisational policies and procedures at all times.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Customer Repairs Advisor should have:
- A strong focus on customer service and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
