We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.


Duties:


  • Sell products and services to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Utilise basic maths skills for cash handling and processing transactions
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle customer requests
  • Exhibit phone etiquette when answering calls and assisting customers over the phone

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,928.75 per year
