Business Development Manager

The Role:

The Business Development Manager will be targeting commercial end users, as well as a range of Contractors in the construction sector, supplying the design, install, and maintenance fire & security solutions.

As a Business DevelopmentManager your main task will be to build a portfolio of prospective projects and work closely with the Project Management and Estimating Teams to turn site visits into quotes, and quotations into projects.

The Business Development Manager will do this througha variety of methods such as telephone calls, video meetings, site visits, and webinars.

You will split your time evenly between targeting Contractors who are working on projects to install security systems into large building assignments and end users suchas retailers, hotel groups, restaurants, blue chip & SME businesses who have a requirement for a new or updated fire & security solutions.

This is a Northern & Scotland based role to start with - over time, as the sales team grows, your area may get smalleras more people are recruited.

You will have autonomy to target the sectors of your choosing and will run the area as though it's your own business.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • MUST have experience selling fire or security solutions/products

Salary:
£40k-50k DOE + 40% Uncapped OTE + Hybrid Car (Or Allowance Days Holiday (+ Stats) + Pension + Mobile + Laptop
