Recruit Moore have been approached by our client in New Milton to support them in finding an Administrator for their small but busy teamDuties to include
- Be the first point of contact for all calls and inquires
- Managing databases
- Maintaining office systems
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries
- Setting up office filing systems, and transferring paperwork to online files
- Diary management
- Accounts administration/support
- Monitoring jobs and works in progress
- Assist with project management
- Health & Safety systems and compliance
- Producing reports
You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the building/surveying industry, and have a working knowledge of Sage.
You must have great computer skills - Excel & Word - and some AutoCAD skills would be beneficial (but not essential).
This is an integral role within the small family business, and requires someone who is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail.
