Customer Contact Adviser


As a Customer Contact Adviser, you will be the advocates of online and digital services providing support to customers to help and enable them to get online, answer all queries received via electronic mail, phone, and face to face providing excellent customer service, admin of services and digital processes.


You would take ownership and answer customer enquiries via all portals, gathering all information ensuring it is valid, consistent, and up to date.

You would need to comply with data protection principles, safeguarding policy and ensure sensitive and confidential data is held securely.


Work as a part of a team, providing support to colleagues to contribute to enhanced team performance, you would also develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.


As a Customer Contact Adviser, you would deal with a broad range of customers with different needs and vulnerabilities, this position involves in dealing with complex and difficult situations with exposure to unpleasant people related behaviour.

Salary & Start date

£12ph Umbrella

Start ASAP - 3 months contract - with view for extension

Monday - Friday hours per week

Office based/Hybrid
