BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Rotherham, S61.


We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Pay rate starting from £11.88ph PAYE - £14.69ph Umbrella.

The role is for 30 hours per week

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • Could be open to job share for the 30 hours if the demand is there.
This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+.

We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth-running service.


  • Speak with the residents on a daily basis
  • Check the properties for any repairs and reports
  • Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
  • Arranging exciting activities with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards
  • Health and safety checks
  • Signposting any concerns

£11.88-£14.69 per hour
