FULL TIME WORK

We are looking forMachine Operatives for our client which manufactures products which provide benefit to patients and customers whilst striving to find new and better ways to create new material and carry out processes that make lasting and far-reaching changes in the marketplace.

Shifts Available:

Monday -Wednesday: 19:50 - 07:50

Thursday - Saturday: 07:50 - 19:50
8 week training must be worked on day shift 07:50 - 19:50 Monday - Wednesday

Salary:
£10.42 per hour PLUS shift allowance applicable if completed full shift UP TO £20.19

Duties:

Operating various machines to manufacture dresssings and follow chemical reaction processes
Operate the wrapping and winding equipment
Operate the fabric processing cards and needle looms to produce fabric rolls and slivers
Slit and cut rolls into individual dressings using mechanical cutting equipment
Cut sliver into individual dressings using scissors
Inspect and pack individual dressings into boxes
Carryout basic process quality checks
Handling of chemicals
Any other duties as requested by the Company
Previous machine operating experience
Must be able to work fulltime hours

- (experience of working with chemicals would be a bonus)
