Description
The Trek Group offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market - equestrian, leisure and blue light emergency vehicles, supplying to both the UK and overseas.
Due to an increase in business we are currently recruiting for an experienced
Administrator to work in our busy Sales & Aftersales team at our premises in Stocksbridge, Sheffield S36.
We are looking for a
highly motivated person that has the ability to deliver an excellent administration support and who can deliver outstanding customers service as a main goal.
You main tasks will be:
- Raising sales orders and generating internal sales reports;
- Liaising with dealerships & repair shops;
- Ensuring dealers are kept up to date during all stages of the processes;
- Following up with repair shops for updates on progress;
- Communicating with suppliers as required;
- Ensuring databases are kept up to date at all times;
- Producing professional correspondence/documentation;
- Dealing with general enquiries
You will have:
- Outstanding communication skills with an excellent telephone manner;
- An excellent command of the English language;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Confident working with figures and reports;
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel;
- The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks;
- Experience of dealing with complaints would be advantageous;
- Confidence when working in a busy role is essential.
The hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday - this role is fully office based with no option for remote working.
In return, we can offer:
- Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience
- Standard working week Monday to Friday
