RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU DO
- Greet teams and build rapport to get them ready for their experience
- Provide help to the players inside the room with subtle and timely clues if needed. This is done through CCTV and a speaker system so dust off those character voices
- Once they've escaped (or failed to escape) finish their experience with a personalised debrief and photo opportunity
- Reset the rooms quickly and accurately ready for the next team of adventurers
- Answering the phone, taking bookings and helping with walk in enquiries.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the games rooms and venue including cleaning
