Altro are recruiting for a
Marketing
Communications Specialist or a Marketing Specialist as we like to call it, to join our friendly Global Transport Marketing team. The Global Transport Team works with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and public transport Operators across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas. This is a hybrid role working around 2 days from our head office in Letchworth Garden City and the remainder from home.

What will you be doing? As the Marketing Specialist, you will play an integral role in delivering compelling marketing messages through the creation and delivery of insightful, engaging content to highly targeted audiences.

Working across a diverse range of marketing channels, you will work closely with business-wide stakeholders to support the continued development of the transport business across all global regions.

You will write and edit copy across all print and digital marketing materials taking ownership of annual communications calendar to ensure creation, delivery and publication of all content in line with key milestones outlined by the wider marketing plan

You will monitor relevant industry news and developments to inform future content generation and develop topical messaging themes to strengthen marketing materials and our unique market position.

You will be the primary administrator for all global transport web content responsible for building and populating web pages and content creation.

You will manage social media channels updating content regularly to strengthen engagement, increase brand loyalty / awareness and continue to grow our social community

What are we looking for? A Degree in English or Communications would be highly advantageous. A strong back ground in Copywriting as well as strong Word and PowerPoint skills. We need someone who is creative with a passion for creating content as well as excellent communications skills. We work together here at Altro so being a team player is key.
