Are you an experienced Sales Person/ Sales Team Leader / Supervisor looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a strong Sales Supervisor to take the reins of our BSS Croydon branch.

We are BSS, part of Travis Perkins Group, and we are planning for the long term.

Where will you be working?

BSS is a supplier of pipeline, process, heating and mechanical services equipment; our customers range from large national contractors (the projects we support make us very proud) to small, local independents, our customers are varied and so are our jobs.

Our Croydon branch employs a fantastic team with a team of two dedicated sales people, along with drivers and warehouse staff, we run 2 delivery vehicles.

What we are looking for?

You will need previous experience in a similar phone based role with great customer service skills and able to relate to loads of different people.

Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised, you will also have good numerical skills.

**This position requires a person with heating, ventilation, pipeline and mechanical services equipment, knowledge and experience.

As a Sales Office Supervisor you will be leading a team of Internal Sales colleagues.

You will possess drive, passion and enthusiasm which will enable you to deliver the service that BSS prides itself upon.

Your team are the main points of contact for our customers and will manage all enquiries.

You will develop and motivate your team in maximising sales opportunities whilst providing our customers with the highest possible level of service.
