Customer Representative

As a Customer Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction.

You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and representing our brand in a professional and positive manner.

Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Up sell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
Communicate effectively with customers in person
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
