Sales Administrator

Nouvo Recruitment are working closely with a vibrant organisation, who are looking to recruit an experienced
Administrator to join their friendly team.


The Role

  • Supporting customers and managing the communication surrounding the order process
  • Creating customer order specifications/quotes and invoices
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their needs
  • Work with the team to ensure processes and deadlines are met
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize highly demanding daily responsibilities
  • Adhere to the systems and processes to ensure a consistent workflow
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner whilst following all relevant internal procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong work ethic and motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Intermediate experience using Word and Excel

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 09:0017:30
