Working hours

Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection and ordering.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£25,688.00 per year
