The opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in UK's Building Services providers.

We design, develop and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Ireland.


Alternative Heat specialises in the design, supply and installation of a wide range of Pre-Fabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Ireland.

We also offer turnkey design, build & operate solutions for commercial energy centers and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public body's throughout Ireland & UK.


Job Title:
HSEQ Office Administrator


Location:
Head Quarters - Banbridge, Co Down


Hours: 38hrs per week; 8am to 5pm Mon to Thu, 8am to 3.00pm Fri

Salary:
Competitive depending on experience

**Responsible to: HSEQ Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ Team.
  • Perform dataentry, documentation, printing and filing duties.
  • Ensure that the computerised HSEQ information systems and registers are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of HSEQ training sessions.
  • Monitor Subcontractor/supplier databases and correspond when necessary information is due.
  • Ordering PPE stock and company workwear and ensuring adequate supplies.
  • Company fleet administration and reports.
  • Assist in the development of HSEQ Quarterly themes and campaigns.
  • Coordinate department meetings organise, facilitate and minute taking.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO requirement.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


Essential Criteria:


  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organised proactive with positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Fully IT literate with strong understanding and experience of using business systems and databases
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic

Desirable Criteria:


  • 5 Years' Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of organising training
