£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

STRATFORD-UPON-AVON (hybrid)


An opportunity to work in a well-known insurance company, using deep-dive analytics to explore the company's marketing campaigns to ensure the most appropriate customer contact strategies through various channels.

Make recommendations to stakeholders thathave an impact on the end customers.

THE ROLE


As a Campaign Analyst, you will be a part of the Campaign team and will report to the Head of Campaigns.

Your focus will be across core campaign analytics, and on the day-to-day, you can expect to:


  • Use SQL to query data, conducting deepdive analysis into marketing campaigns and their success, as well as provide actionable insights on acquisition, retention, most successful channels, etc.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, segmenting the customer database to allow for personalised marketing and most appropriate selections for contact strategies
  • Communicate key insights and findings to different levels of the business, be they technical or nontechnical
  • Share recommendations on how to improve selections, campaign performance and ensuring communications align with the company goals

Y OUR SKILLS

  • Previous campaign analytics experience, across customer selections, postcampaign analysis, and sharing insights
  • Excellent SQL skills for querying and coding large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for dataled decisions
  • Great communicator, able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
  • A cando, proactive attitude for working with others in the business and delving into data to problemsolve and come up with solutions
