This is an immediate start based in the Moorgate area


Salary:
up to £30,000 p.a. dependent on experience.

Probationary period: 3 months


Pension:
Employer contribution 6% of basic salary (minimum employee contribution 3%)

Bonus:
Discretionary, based on individual and company performance

London travel allowance (non-pensionable): £6,000 p.a.

Private Medical:
Employer pays for single cover.

Travel Business and leisure insurance:
Employer pays for single cover.

Holiday: 25 days p.a.

Life Assurance: 4 x basic salary

Notice Period after probation: 1 month


Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Implementing office services policies and procedures

Undertake all areas of Office Support ensuring a high standard of service is provided to staff at all times including allocation of lockers, copier areas, office keys, new starter induction etc,

Managing stationery requirements for the company including standard Stationary, corporate stationary, business cards, supporting admin diaries and calendars


Maintaining stock levels and managing smooth supply of in-house catering needs - fruit, beverages, milk, juices, biscuits and any other catering related items (breads, cakes etc).

Managing expiry dates on catering items

Supporting in Monitoring the control of all equipment maintenance schedules with various vendors for Shepherd's Bush Building

Support tracking financial costs managed by the Facilities & Admin team including preparation of annual budgets and estimates, including inputting invoice data in SAP and Admin spreadsheets

Support in arranging and managing internal events, including but not limited to the Christmas and New Year's parties. Ensuring all elements are planned and executed for a successful event, including, catering, entertainment, timely purchase of gifts andprizes. Support the organisation of external client events as required


Cover Reception with daily tasks including covering the reception area, serving delegates, replenishing catering supplies and doing the daily post, etc.

Support the Facilities and Admin Manager to ensure compliance with H & S policies and Fire Regulations.


Support in ensuring all staff are provided with H & S training via 2 x electronic courses and building tour.

Follow up any actions from training. Ensure course software is up to date with 3rd party software company

Manage First Aider and Fire Warden Resources, coordinating training for the maintenance of required certifications and that correct information is displayed in the building
