Service Charge Accountant - Brent Cross, United Kingdom - Auxeris Ltd
Description
Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience- Assist with setting up new properties on the system and handovers.
- Liaise with our accountant to resolve queries.
- Assist Property Manager with budget reviews.
- Raise periodic service charge demands and ad hoc recharges to tenants.
- Liaise with external parties including clients, tenants, suppliers to resolve queries.
- Assist with annual audits.
- Assist with collection of service charge arrears.
- Prepare client reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare income and expenditure reports and associated documents to be sent to the accountant for preparation of service charge accounts.
- Accountable for ensuring year end service charge accounts are completed on time.
- Ad hoc projects within the Accounts team.
Experience/skills required:
- Must have of service charges accounting work experience in previous position
- Proficient with Excel
- Previous experience of using Qube a significant advantage
- Work well as a team member, demonstrating excellent communication skills
