Description
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY BASED IN NORTH WEST LONDON is looking for a Builder / Maintenance Person to join our busy team on a full time basis.
Experience and knowledge of UK General Building including:
- Brickwork
- Carpentry
- Roofing
You must also meet the following requirements:
- Have own Tools.
- Have own Transport or at least a Driving Licence.
- Be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
Salary:
£200-£250 per day depending on experience.
Immediate start

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
