A Milton Keynes based company are recruiting for a brand new position working as a Customer Engagement Executive. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office 3 days at home.
The purpose of the role is to provide good customer service to students and supporting one of their teams with their marketing materials by speaking to new and existing customers.
Role:
- Contact and support students through various stages of their studies
- Work across the business to achieve student growth, conversion and retention targets.
- Receive and make calls to students
- Identify any opportunities that could help the student experience
- Respond to enquiries made about specific marketing
- Help the team hit their targets
- Maintain accurate records on their CRM system
Experience:
- A background in a phone based customer service role
- Understanding of a sales process
- Experience managing multichannel enquiries
- Previously managed difficult conversations
- Used a CRM system
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
