Description
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.

You will work under the guidance of Teachers and Sendco to provide support to students with various needs and abilities.

You will also assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, assessment and feedback, and other administrative tasks.


To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in numeracy and literacy
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • A good understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
