Our Large Enterprise team


Our Large Enterprise team focuses on targeting a select number of some of the UK's biggest organisations, selling both our customer and workforce identity solutions.


As an Okta Large Enterprise Account Executive you will:

  • Manage your territory, focusing on both hunting white space accounts and then driving upsell and cross sell from within your install base.
  • Use a MEDDPICC framework to navigate your sales deals and open up larger opportunities
  • Have a structured and methodical approach to pipeline generation, partnering with Marketing, Sales Development.
  • Partner with Business Value teams to build strategic value propositions
  • Ensure accurate forecasting diligence and ownership of your book of business
  • Embrace to Okta's #1 core value to always love our customers
  • Build effective working partnerships with your Okta colleagues (channel partners, sales engineering, business value management, customer first + many more) with humility and enthusiasm

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A track record of success selling a Software-as-a-Service
  • Experience working on large, multi year complex deals
  • Exceptional executive presence
  • Have used MEDDIC or similar framework to approach your sales cycles
  • Strong internal partnership skills and understand how to 'use the village' to get the most out of an opportunity
  • The desire to join a company in 'build' mode that wants innovative and entrepreneurial thinkers
